Hampleton Partner advises STAGIL on acquisition by TIMETOACT Group

London/Frankfurt, 7. July 2023 – Hampleton Partners advised STAGIL GmbH, one of Germany’s largest Atlassian Platinum and Enterprise Solution Partners, on the integration with TIMETOACT GROUP. The international M&A and Corporate Finance Advisory firm for technology companies supported STAGIL during every phase of the transaction process. The project was led by Dr. Jan Eiben at Hampleton and supported by Tim Stemkens as Lead Associate.

Following the transaction, STAGIL co-CEO Björn Frauen will become co-CEO of catworkx Deutschland. In addition, he will be a shareholder in the TIMETOACT GROUP.
