Autotech

Hampleton Partners advised the shareholders of Streetbuzz Distribution, based in Saarbrücken, on the sale of the company to Moto Mobility Group.

As part of the transaction, Moto Mobility Group, a portfolio company of Bencis Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm from the Netherlands, is acquiring a stake in Streetbuzz Distribution.

With this acquisition, the Moto Mobility Group expands its portfolio to include one of the leading brands in the European two-wheeler accessories market. Streetbuzz is distinguished by its combination of a long-established, internationally recognized brand, extensive expertise in performance and tuning, and strong digital capabilities that enable successful content distribution across multiple channels. Thanks to its broad international reach and close community connections, Streetbuzz is an essential partner and central point of reference for enthusiasts, retailers, and business partners throughout Europe.

Streetbuzz: Europe’s Leading Two-Wheeler Accessories Provider Joins Moto Mobility

For decades, Streetbuzz has been synonymous with top-tier expertise and outstanding content in the field of two-wheeler accessories, performance, and tuning. The acquisition by the Moto Mobility Group marks the beginning of a new chapter.

“With Moto Mobility, Streetbuzz has found a long-term partner that shares the company’s values and will actively drive its strategic development,” said Gökce Soycan, Founder & CEO of Streetbuzz. “The acquisition opens new opportunities for our brands and products and strengthens our position in the European two-wheeler segment. For our team, it ensures continuity and provides the framework to further expand and shape our vision for the scooter aftermarket together. At the same time, we can leverage our expertise, close industry connections, and deep understanding of rider needs even more effectively. We look forward to successfully shaping Streetbuzz’s future together with the Moto Mobility Group.”

Miro Parizek, Founder & Senior Partner, added: “This PE-backed acquisition of a major e-commerce player signals a recovery in the digital commerce sector and highlights that demand for digital offerings remains strong. Recent data also show that multiples in the digital commerce sector have increased over the last six months. For more insights, see our Digital Commerce Report.”

The acquisition highlights the trend toward consolidation and internationalization in the European two-wheeler market and gives Streetbuzz the opportunity to expand its brand, products, and digital content on an even broader platform.
