Hampleton Partners Welcomes Software and Digital Media Dealmaker Anthony Chow as Managing Director

Hampleton Partners, the international M&A and corporate finance advisory firm for software and technology companies, has appointed Anthony Chow as its newest Managing Director to its London hub, from where he will serve clients across the UK and Europe.

Bringing nearly three decades of investment banking experience, Anthony most recently served as a Partner at Strata Partners, prior to which he was a Director at Ardent Advisors. In these roles, he advised on funding rounds, exit planning and business development across the SaaS, e-commerce, digital media and fintech sectors. 

Anthony’s experience as an M&A advisor and analyst encompasses deals involving Infinity Tracking, Matchesfashion.com, Wetsuit Outlet, Tictrac and FSN.net. He also provided coverage on YouGov, ASOS, Rightmove and Moneysupermarket.com, as well as companies in the online gaming space. 

Holding an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, Anthony has lived and worked in Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, and the UK.
