With more than 20 years of transaction and private equity experience, Katrin Cihlar has advised on numerous domestic and cross-border deals throughout her career, building long-standing relationships with leading financial sponsors. Her expertise spans transactions across the software, digital commerce, automotive, and industrial sectors.

Over the past two years, Katrin Cihlar served as Head of Corporate Finance at a technology company operating in the AI-driven energy efficiency space. In this role, she was responsible for strategic financing and transaction initiatives, supporting the company’s continued development within a highly innovation-driven market environment.

In her new role at Hampleton Partners, Katrin Cihlar will be responsible for the strategic expansion and management of relationships with financial sponsors. Her focus will be on further growing Hampleton Partners’ international investor network, deepening existing partnerships, and unlocking new transaction opportunities across the technology sector.
